We are excited to invite you to participate in the new series of Siddha Yoga Meditation Sessions via live audio stream that will be starting soon!
For the past three years, these meditation sessions have offered students of the Siddha Yoga path an opportunity for deepening their practice of meditation through the lens of Gurumayi’s Message for the year. Many participants savour how the sessions infuse their meditation practice with fresh insight and enthusiasm.
This year’s series of meditation sessions via live audio stream has launched on the Siddha Yoga path website. There will be a total of seven sessions, one each month between March and September 2018.
Each session is designed and led by a Siddha Yoga meditation teacher and guides students in a unique exploration of how to experience meditation as a form of satsang, a direct connection with their own inner Self.
On Saturday, March 24, the first session of the series, entitled Pranayama: Unveiling the Power of the Breath will be audio streamed live from Gurudev Siddha Peeth at 2.00pm UK time.
In this opening session, you will practice a pranayama similar to the one introduced in A Sweet Surprise Satsang, discovering how this breathing exercise quiets the mind, connects you with the life-giving energy of the breath, and supports you to enter the inner realm of meditation.
We will participate in this event from the Siddha Yoga Meditation Centre in Egham at 2pm UK time, live via the Siddha Yoga path website, together with the global sangham in the Universal Hall.
Please arrive at the SYMC Egham by 1.30pm and bring a journal, pen, and any materials that will support you in establishing a comfortable meditation posture.
For more information about participating at the SYMC Egham, please contact Chrissie Taylor (07941 606890).
Registration via the Siddha Yoga path website will enable you to participate on line in the series or in individual sessions multiple times for one year from the date you register. Audio webcasts in English of each session will become available one hour after the conclusion of the live stream. The webcast in French, Spanish and Hindi will be available a few weeks after each livestream. For more information, please visit the webpages on the Siddha Yoga path website about the Meditation Sessions.
